Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

Cancellation:

    • If a client cancels the experience 30 days or more prior to the start date, a 100% refund will be provided.

    • If a client cancels the experience between 21 and 29 days prior to the start date, a 70% refund will be provided.

    • If a client cancels the experience between 10 and 20 days prior to the start date, a 50% refund will be provided.

    • Cancellations made within 10 days of the start date are non-refundable.

    • All refunds   will be made back to source .

  2. Rescheduling:

    • Clients have the option to reschedule their experience to a later date of their choice, subject to availability.

    • Any price difference between the original and rescheduled experience will be borne by the client.

    • Once an experience is rescheduled, it cannot be later cancelled or refunded.

  3. No-Show Policy:

    • If a client fails to show up for the experience without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show, resulting in no refund.

  4. Force Majeure:

    • In the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or unforeseen events, a force majeure clause may apply, allowing for exceptions to the regular cancellation policy. In such cases, alternative arrangements or a rescheduled experience will be offered.
